Christie is a dance instructor, choreographer and performer. She was born in North Carolina where she began her dance training at the renowned Nina’s School of Dance. She then trained at East Carolina University where she earned her BFA in Dance. Throughout her professional dance career she performed on the international broadway tour of West Side Story, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line as a principle dancer, the Green Day music video for “Hitchin’ a Ride”, and Paramount Productions. She does extensive work as a cheer and dance coach at St. Cyril of Jerusalem School. Christie is a recipient of the Gus Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago Scholarship as well as a certified Pilates instructor. In the studio, she values enthusiasm, improving upon technique and creativity.
